iGlide LocationChanger on Windows
Windows requires Apple USB drivers before iGlide can detect your iPhone. This guide covers every step.
Important — iTunes source matters
For the most reliable driver setup on Windows, install iTunes from Apple's official website.
Setup Steps
- 1
Download iGlide LocationChanger for Windows
Download and run the Windows installer. Follow the installation wizard and launch the app.
- 2
Install iTunes from Apple’s official website
For the most reliable driver setup on Windows, install iTunes from Apple's official website and restart your computer after installation.
- 3
Enable Developer Mode on your iPhone
On iOS 16+: Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode → toggle ON → restart → confirm. On iOS 15 or earlier, skip this step.
- 4
Connect iPhone with original Apple cable
Use the Lightning or USB-C cable that came with your iPhone. Connect to a USB-A or USB-C port on your PC. Avoid USB hubs.
- 5
Tap 'Trust' on your iPhone
A dialog appears on your iPhone: 'Trust This Computer?' — tap Trust and enter your passcode. If it does not appear, unplug and replug the cable.
Warning: If you tap Don't Trust, iGlide cannot detect your device. Reset Location & Privacy in Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Location & Privacy.
- 6
Select device in iGlide and connect
Your iPhone should appear in iGlide's device selector. Select it and click Connect. The map will load.
- 7
Choose a location and move
Search for any city or click on the map. Click 'Move Here' to apply the virtual GPS. Open Maps or any app to confirm.

No. iTunes just needs to be installed so Windows has the Apple USB drivers. You do not need to open iTunes while using iGlide.
